Changes to the way you receive your tickets
The way you receive the tickets you purchased on Ticket Web Shochiku will change as below from November 28th.Originally, you needed your credit card that you used when purchasing the tickets, but in the new system, you will only need:
1. The [Purchase Number] that appears after your purchase is completed.
2. The [Telephone Number] you registered before purchase.
You won't need to bring your credit card, but please be sure to register the correct [Telephone Number] when joining the "Ticket Web Shochiku".
The new system will take effect from November 28th, so please keep to the original system and bring your credit card before that date.
[How to issue the tickets]
1, Please touch the [Customers who purchased tickets on Ticket Web Shochiku (English website) please press here] button.
2-1, Please touch the [Purchase Number] area and after the box turns green, please enter the [Purchase Number] (6 digits) using the numeric keys on the screen.
2-2, Please touch the [Telephone Number] area and after the box turns green, please enter the registered [Telephone Number] using the numeric keys on the screen.
2-3, Please touch the [ISSUE THE TICKET] button. The screen will change and the ticketing will start after showing the tickets which will be issued.
