Along with the ‘Single Act Seats’ on the 4th level, part of the 2nd level seats will be made available to international customers who want to experience kabuki closer to the stage and enjoy the traditional Japanese theatre during the limited time of your stay in Japan.  

Unlike the original ‘Single Act Seats’ on the 4th level, you can enter the theatre via the main entrance! The seats are wider and are decorated with the phoenixes (the crest of the Kabukiza Theatre) , and the viewpoint is much closer to the stage than from the 4th level. You can book the ticket online from noon the day before the performance. Please check the details of how to buy ‘Upgraded Single Act Tickets’ at the end of December, 2024 from this site.

For customers who have more time to spend in the Kabukiza Theatre, please select the full show ticket. You can enjoy more acts from various types of seats. Also, please enjoy the intermissions with Bentō food boxes or Sake in the lobby that is adorned with beautiful Japanese paintings! You can make your reservation well in advance.
