(Updated) Notification of the cancellation of February 25th and 26th performance at the Theatre Cocoon

Due to the illness of a member of staff, the performance schedule for February 25th has been cancelled for our customers' safety and security.

*Additionally, the performance schedule for February 26th will be cancelled.
*After taking the PCR test, multiple staff members (including actors) were tested positive for the coronavirus.

Ticket refunds will be made to customers who purchased tickets for the performances above.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience to all those who have been looking forward to this day, and would like to ask for your kind understanding.



Procedures for ticket refunds

Tickets purchased by Ticket Phone Shochiku

①Customers who received tickets at the theatre box office.
Refund by bank transfer
Please send your tickets to the address below. The cost of the tickets will be refunded through your bank account. Please note that the refund procedure may take a while.
*If you do not have a domestic bank account, please ask the staff.
Refund period: March 2nd (Wed) , 2022~March 22nd (Tue) , 2022


②Customers who received tickets at a Seven-Eleven (convenience store).
Please select one of the following ways to have your tickets refunded.


Refund at Seven-Eleven
Please bring your tickets to the Seven-Eleven store at which they were issued. Bring it to the shop staff and tell them that the corresponding performance was cancelled.
Refund period: March 2nd (Wed)10:00AM , 2022~March 22nd (Tue) , 2022 11:59 PM

*Ticket refunds cannot be made for the cases below:
- Tickets which were received from places other than a Seven-Eleven. (Tickets received through the box office or other ticket agencies are not acceptable)
- Other Seven-Eleven stores besides the one you visited when the tickets were issued.
- Other convenience stores

Refund by bank transfer
