The procedure for getting ticket refunds will be announced at the place of ticket purchase.

②Customers who received tickets at a Seven-Eleven (convenience store) or at the Theatre box office

■Refund by bank transfer
Please send your tickets to the address below. The cost of the tickets will be refunded through your bank account. Please note that the refund procedure may take a while.
*If you do not have a domestic bank account, please ask the staff.
