Cinema Kabuki will be screened in San Francisco!
'The Haunted Sword' ('Kagotsurube') will be screened at the Japan Film Festival of SF 2019 on October 11 (Fri). The movie will be shown with English subtitles.
Following the screening of 'Renjishi' and 'Rakuda' in 2017 and 'The Tale of Bunshichi' in 2018, it will be three consecutive years for Cinema Kabuki to participate in the Japan Film Festival of San Francisco.
This year's Cinema Kabuki will present 'The Haunted Sword' ('Kagotsurube'), which was performed at the Kabukiza Theatre in 2010, starring Nakamura Kanzaburō, Bandō Tamasaburō and Kataoka Nizaemon.
This will be a good opportunity to enjoy Japanese culture, so please stop by at this festival with your friends!
