<Connecting to a TV>
You can watch on a TV by connecting your smartphone or computer using an HDMI cable or adapter, or by using Wi-Fi for screen mirroring.
This service requires a fast and stable Internet environment (wired or Wi-Fi connected to a fixed line is recommended).
We recommend 10 Mbps or higher for PCs and 5 Mbps or higher for smartphones or tablets.
If the video does not play smoothly when you watch the streaming video, please select a lower quality from the [gear symbol] in the lower right corner of the video player and try playing the video again.
Depending on your browser, the quality of the video cannot be verified.
If you are using Safari on a Mac/iPhone/iPad
If you are using Safari on a Mac/iPhone/iPad, you may not be able to view the video properly.
Please try using a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome) or check the following items and settings.
・If you are using a “content blocker” or “ad blocking app,” you may not be able to view the video. If you have a dedicated application installed, please turn it off and try playing the video.
・Please make sure that JavaScript is enabled. (To check: [Settings] > [Safari] > [Advanced] > [JavaScript] enabled)
・If “Private Browse Mode” is set, you may not be able to watch the video. Please turn off “Private Browse Mode” and try playing the video.
・If “Private Relay” is set, you may not be able to watch the video. [Please go to “Settings” > “AppleID” > ‘iCloud’ > turn off “Private Relay” and try playing the video.
